- Agreement: By engaging the services of Youngstone Films, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Services: Youngstone Films offers a range of photo production and related services, including but not limited to concept development, photography, editing, and post-production. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.
- Scope of Work: The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of the project. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may require a written amendment to the agreement.
- Intellectual Property: Youngstone Films retains full ownership and copyright of all materials, including but not limited to footage, graphics, and animations, created during the project. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final product for the agreed-upon purposes as outlined in the agreement.
- Confidentiality: Youngstone Films understands the importance of confidentiality and will treat any information provided by the client as strictly confidential. Youngstone Films will not disclose or share any confidential information with third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s express permission.
- Payment: Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement or project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of the project. Payment for services rendered shall be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Revisions: Youngstone Films aims to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations. A reasonable number of revisions within the scope of work will be accommodated. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.
- Liability: While Youngstone Films exercises utmost care and professionalism in its work, it cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The client acknowledges that video production involves inherent risks and agrees to release Youngstone Films from any liability arising from such risks.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, Youngstone Films shall be compensated for any work performed up to the termination date in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Youngstone Films is located.
By engaging the services of Youngstone Films, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
